Kathy Denworth delivers exceptional service.

Kathy came to the Keys to visit family and fell in love with the turquoise waters, puffy white clouds and the endless blue skies. Eventually, she and her husband Bill decided to stay.
This choice was applauded by their 5 children who were raised on trips to the Keys.
Larry, Justin and John, were eager to carry on the family pastime as off-shore anglers.
Susannah and Jennifer love the sun, boat rides and the pool. Grandsons Kyle and Hunter are the fourth generation enjoying vacation time in the Keys. 

After raising a family and spending 12 years as an Administrator, organization and hard work are no strangers.  

Born under the sign of Aquarius, Kathy is naturally a people person, happy, good hearted, compassionate and empathetic. Combining her enjoyment of people and professional skills, she feels able to live up to her catchphrase “How can I give you exceptional service?”.  

Where did that catchphrase come from? Kathy says that her experience with “service” personnel that did not answer the phone, did not return calls or failed to follow up caused her to want to be held to a higher standard. Especially for those who trust her with one of their largest investments.  

“I call people back. I let them know I received their message giving them the courtesy of a return call even if there is no news.” said Kathy.  

As technology changed, Kathy embraced it. She enthusiastically studied to understand the modern tools that help give that exceptional service.  

People are using the internet more and more. They want a web site that is rich in content and a Realtor who can respond to them no matter where in the world they are.  

Using tools such as a multi page scanner to E-mail documents, and a digital camera to send pictures immediately insures people are informed and documents are clean and easy to read.  

Kathy’s E-fax number sends and receives faxes anywhere in the world, allowing Kathy to reach her clients living busy lives.  

Since many buyers and sellers are out of the area, “a picture is worth a thousand words”, takes on a whole new meaning. “I try to be as illustrative as possible as to what is being purchased or sold” says Kathy. “The more information and pictures I can supply reduces the time needed by buyers to understand a property.”
