I specialize in out of the area buyers. I have helped people from all over the country find homes in the Keys. Often I find a home for them when they are not here. I take "real" pictures and zoom in on features and /or defects so they know what they are buying. I put together a virtual tour which can be shared with friends and family. If they like what they see in the virtual tour, we make an offer with a 14-21 day inspection period. That gives the buyer an opportunity to fly down and personally inspect the property before being committed to the purchase. One couple could not come during inspecion and relied on me and the home inspector to guide them. They are very happy in their new home!

Kathy Denworth delivers exceptional service. 

Kathy came to the Keys to visit family and fell in love with the turquoise waters, puffy white clouds and the endless blue skies. Eventually, she and her husband Bill decided to stay.
This choice was applauded by their 5 children who were raised on trips to the Keys.
Larry, Justin and John, were eager to carry on the family pastime as off-shore anglers.
Susannah and Jennifer love the sun, boat rides and the pool. Grandsons Kyle and Hunter are the fourth generation enjoying vacation time in the Keys.
